Continuous quality feedback for managers
Coming from a development background one of my most important principles is getting continuously good feedback as a basis for improving. As getting into a management role and becoming responsible for a whole department I am looking for the same quality and quantity of feedback. Coming from a development background one of my most important principles is getting continuously good feedback as a basis for improving. As getting into a management role and becoming responsible for a whole department I am looking for the same quality and quantity of feedback.
Currently feedback for me comes sporadically from retrospectives, from my boss when he thinks about it and the technical lead if we find time. I currently have several issues with this: the feedback is not organized, it has no structure, it is mostly indirect, it is to sporadic.
In this session I like to exchange ideas and experience reports. Ideally discuss currently available methods and develop new methods.
