Being the change you want to see in the world
So here we are, changing the way organizations are being managed. Whether or not we are "managers" ourselves, we are part of "managing" our organization. One way or another. That's why I like Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi's saying "be the change you want to see in the world." It reminds us that all change starts within ourselves, as a light for people to follow. So here we are, changing the way organizations are being managed. Whether or not we are "managers" ourselves, we are part of "managing" our organization. One way or another.
That's why I like Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi's saying "be the change you want to see in the world." It reminds us that all change starts within ourselves, as a light for people to follow.
So...how can we be lights that initiate change?
I hope this question will be on anyone's mind anytime, session or not. Nevertheless, this session will focus on finding two treasures:
1. What is holding us back?
2. What can we do to become a change-initiating light?
I have plenty of experience from many experiments I did during the years and I am sure you have no lack of them either.
