To implement the stoosian idea of management, we need new management practices. I'm refraining from using the term "best practices", because there is no such thing in a complex environment - we continuously need to reinvent and adapt them.

I had fun discussing that experience with participants at ACCNL, and was delighted to give a rerun on the second day. :) And I know that we are not the only company experimenting with this stuff, so I would love to exchange experiences at Stoos Stampede!
