It is unclear to me how this session is going to be collaborative and participative. Will it be a discussion? A fishbowl session? A brainstorm? Something else?
It would be a brainstorming session to gather a set of ideas about what software such as this will "look like" (e.g. if we consider an organisation as a CAS). Maybe the participants will contribute user stories and requirements, as well as ideas on what software such as this will do (features) to facilitate and sustain organisational development (and maybe even become an "open source" project one day).
