The Happiness Index has been gaining popularity in teams. I'd like to talk about its application, including right and wrong uses, to facilitate communication between staff and leadership of a company.

It is unclear to me how this session is going to be collaborative and participative. Will it be a discussion? A fishbowl session? A brainstorm? Something else?
I would like this to be a sharing of experiences of teams using it and brainstorming on how it could be used in the future.
