So here we are, changing the way organizations are being managed. Whether or not we are "managers" ourselves, we are part of "managing" our organization. One way or another.
That's why I like Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi's saying "be the change you want to see in the world." It reminds us that all change starts within ourselves, as a light for people to follow.
So...how can we be lights that initiate change?
I hope this question will be on anyone's mind anytime, session or not. Nevertheless, this session will focus on finding two treasures:
1. What is holding us back?
2. What can we do to become a change-initiating light?
I have plenty of experience from many experiments I did during the years and I am sure you have no lack of them either.
